Besides Yoga, she loves to read, travel & sing.

Sanjeev
Yoga Instructor / Sound Healer
"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." -- The Bhagavad Gita.
Yoga has always been an eternal part of my life, but in a true sense, I realized its value only a couple of years back. For me, Yoga is the way I live, helping me find the missing balance between every aspect of my life. Regular practice, self-analysis, and discipline help me to lead a healthy and meaningful lifestyle.
My journey began in Berlin in 2015 as a Software Engineer, very soon I understood the importance of yoga in a sedentary job. I always wanted to complete teachers training to be able to deepen my knowledge in posture correction and alignment. In March 2020 I received my 200 Hour RYT certificate and have completed Level 2 of sound healing therapy using Himalayan Singing bowls. In the quest of extending my knowledge I learned and acquired Reiki level III certification in December 2020. I started teaching yoga in parallel with my other job in October 2020. What started as a hobby soon seemed to be an important part of my journey. With the beginning of Yogicescape, we hope to create an environment of empathy and pave our path towards higher consciousness

Valerie

Valerie believes that the journey of self care is a radical act of nurturing ourselves and building communities of those who understand our pain, celebrate our joy, and are advocates of our healing practices. For her yoga is not only happening on the mat, but also while listening to a friend, enjoying the silence of a nearby forest or demonstrating for human rights. Her wish is to make people feel welcome, seen and safe throughout their practice. She teaches Hatha-Vinyasa for beginners as well as Yin and Fascia focused Yoga. Her classes are light-hearted and fun.
